Dr. Amol D. Vibhute is a gallant personality enrich with high value and self esteem. He never looked back, while advancing the career path. He received his PhD. in Computer Science under the domain of Geospatial Technology, M. Phil and M. Sc. in Computer Science from the Department of Computer Science and Information Technology, Dr. Babasaheb Ambedkar Marathwada University, Aurangabad, MH-India. He is currently working as an Assistant Professor in the school of computer science, MIT World Peace University, Pune-411038, Maharashtra, India. He has more than 6.5 years of academic experience (Pre and Post Ph.D.) in research, innovation, and teaching at the PG level.

He has published five (05) Indian Patents and authored and co-authored over 55 referred journals, book chapters, and conference papers in reputed international journals and conferences indexed by Scopus/SCIE/UGC. The current publication citations of his research are more than 286, 86, and 25 with h-index of 10, 5, and 3 as per Google Scholar, Scopus, and Web of Science, respectively.

His specialization area is Hyperspectral-Multispectral Remote Sensing, GIS, and Remote Sensing of Soil, crop, urban areas, etc. His research interests include Geospatial Technology, Digital Image Processing, Pattern Recognition, Big Data Analysis, Internet of Things (IoT), Machine Learning, and Artificial Intelligence. He is a member of IEEE-GRSS, ISPRS, IAEng, CSTA, IACSIT, and ISCA. He has served as an editorial board member for Satellite Oceanography and Meteorology (SOM), Published by Whioce Publishing Pte. Ltd. Also, he is an active reviewer of the Remote Sensing (MDPI), Elsevier (Remote Sensing of Environment, Journal of Building Engineering (JOBE), Computers and Electronics in Agriculture, Ocean and Coastal Management, Vibrational Spectroscopy), Wiley Online (Remote Sensing in Ecology and Conservation) and IEEE Access and Springer journals indexed by SCI, SCIE, and Scopus. He has received BSR Fellowship under “SAP” by the University of Grants Commission, New Delhi, in August 2013. He has been awarded best paper and session chair in the international conference, second prize under the concept paper competition. He has delivered lectures as a Recourse Person in State level Seminar and training programs.

He has participated and presented his research contributions to more than 19 National/International conferences. He has attended the 06 Faculty Development Programme (FDT) and taken more than 30 professional training-workshops from IEEE, IIRS (Dehradun), NRSC- ISRO (Hyderabad), SAC (Ahmedabad), IETE, and Springer Nature, etc. Besides, he has worked as an organizing committee member in national workshops and national/international conferences.
